7 breasts halves (skinless boneless chicken)
1/3 cup lime juice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 tsp thyme leaves (dried)
1/4 tsp black pepper (ground)
2 tbsps butter
Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker; pour in the lime juice and chicken stock. Add the garlic, thyme, pepper, and butter. Cover, and cook on Low until the chicken is very tender, 8 to 10 hours.
